But it goes to show that when you are in a room with people you don’t know, you have to be willing to talk to them. Even if they are saying, “You know what? I’m sorry, I can’t do it,” you have to say, “I’m sorry, I understand, but I did not mean to be rude. Please forgive me.” They will be hurt, but you will be able to repair the damage to their relationship.
